The organizer try very hard to make sure that every accepted paper is in the symposium program. But sometimes we could not contact the authors and that forced us to exclude some papers from the program. The speaker of each paper is required to register and pay the registration fee before March 31, 2012. Otherwise, the papers will be removed.
